The head, neck and shoulders are important energy centres within your body. If you are feeling stressed or angry, tension tends to accumulate. This tension can later show up as a stiff neck and shoulders, eye strain and sometimes even hair loss.
Indian Head Massage (Champissage™) includes massage of the shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face, ears and energy balancing. A session takes places fully clothed initially in a sitting position and involves working with a firm gentle rhythm to help un-knot blockages and relieve this uncomfortable build up of tension.
How many sessions you need will depend on your state of health and well being. To relieve daily and work stress, twice a month is recommended. Or you may just wish to ‘treat’ yourself once a month its up to you.
