Untangling your Life

It seems recently that for me as soon as I try and simplify anything, it becomes more complicated. Life at the moment is exactly like untangling a knot of wool.

Yanking on a thread never works, only patience and deliberate slow and easy movements sort the tangle. Ease it out, loosen, work on a section at a time …
